At Ristorante da Maria, our story began when owner George Keshek decided to turn his vision and passion for cooking into a reality in San Jose. Since opening, we’ve been offering our community a taste of real, authentic Italian cuisine through our pizzas, pasta, and other freshly crafted dishes -- all of which are made with only the highest-quality ingredients. For example, we use crande cheese, which is hormone and antibiotic free. We’re also sensitive to dietary needs, which is why our dough is vegan and we have vegan cheese and gluten-free pasta available on request. Our menu is rounded out with awesome wings, crisp salads, and all the fresh ingredients you could ever hope for.
