For those who do not know what a Trattoria is, or an Osteria (* here is an example), * Originally the Trattoria was a small restaurant for local residents and workers, and wandering travelers who, for work, had to eat out quickly without many restaurant formalities, but above all good genuine food and more importantly, without spending an arm and a leg. The trattorias were normally managed and run by the family nucleus. 100% genuine and typical recipes of the family (some still secret today) or of the region, handed down from generation to generation. At #PodereBerti the Chef & Owner Marco Berti offers (without a shadow of a doubt) the same Italian Tuscan tradition to be exact, everything is homemade
