Welcome to Pagliai's Pizza, an Italian Restaurant We have 30 years of tradition and dedication in bringing simple food, using old family recipes of Northern Italy prepared by Mama and Papa Pagliai. Since opening Pagliai’s (pronounced “polly-eyes”) in 1989, we have been committed to providing our guests with an upscale dining experience that is comfortable and delicious and unlike any other pizza place in Western Kentucky.
