After working for many years non-stop opening multiple restaurants for other people from Eustis to Carrabassett Valley to Yarmouth, Maine, Chris Maturi decided to go back to his roots. He opened Maturi’s Kitchen (aka the Cucina Food Truck) to share family recipes and house specialties from his previous venture, the Doors Bistro, a local’s favorite for many years. Look for the bright yellow food trailer with a view, on beautiful Flagstaff Lake in Eustis.
