Open RESERVATION ONLY Friday & Saturday evenings at 6pm. We offer a biweekly changing three course prix fixe menu with optional wine pairings. Named after the Emilia-Romagna pasta region of Italy our pasta loving daughter, Emersyn (Emy), we are a family owned Italian inspired pasta restaurant in St Joseph, MO. (Or as our son named Magnus would say, EMI is also short for "Emy & Magnus Incorporated") Any and all explanations are correct ;) We make our fresh pasta in house & all our dishes are made lovingly from scratch with the best & freshest ingredients we can buy. Erik is the curator of all our appetizers & main dishes while Lesley oversees our desserts & freshly baked organic sourdough bread.
