Established in 2014, Vinnie’s has been a sandwich shop staple in South City for years. The owner and sandwich creator, Matt Mulholland has 20+ years of experience as a restaurant chef, preparing all kinds of creations until he ventured out on his own to create something he truly loved – Chicago-style eats. Matt’s experience and background along with some Windy City inspired ingredients has created a delicious menu truly unique to the Gateway City. It’s a little Italian, a little Greek – all so good.
